Who we are

Zopollo Technology is a trading name of Liam McEleney, a sole trader based in Glasgow. Liam McEleney is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact us about anything in this notice at hello@zopollo.co.uk.

What we collect

• What you send through the contact form: your name, company, email address, the service you are interested in and your message.
• What you include when you email us directly.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it and why

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who processes it

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and contact form messages are delivered by Azure Communication Services to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Microsoft acts as our data processor.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as we work together and then for as long as the law requires, for example six years for accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@zopollo.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
